Inmediasres Press - a new entrant in the Australian publishing arena.

This website is about to undergo revision.

What we publish

We specialize in quality, small format, non-fiction titles that bring an original theme to topics of existing appeal, strongly endorsed by prominent figures in the field.

The publication - Drinking your own words - (RRP $14.95) written by Evan Mitchell and Brian Mitchell, looks at wine and its enjoyment from a psychological perspective. The topic is of enduring interest, and the approach is highly original. The book has been acclaimed by well known identities from the wine and dining industries, in addition to literary figures. Here are some of their comments:

"... captures all the romance wine has had through history, with a modern twist on what it means to us today."
" ... for all of us it will evoke memories of good times had in our lives."
"... entertaining and thought provoking - wine and its sense of place and people's passion for it."
"... elevates food and wine to the ranks of serious literature through writing that resonates with wit and erudition."
"... helps demystify wine, and encourages the reader to take it to another level of awareness and understanding."
"... the book every wine lover should own."

Inmediasres Press's interest in this market segment will continue, with the intention to publish at least one book from Food Wine and Dining each year.
